Proposed Obama Budget To ADD $9.5 Trillion To Deficit Over 10 Years

The politicians are getting serious about dealing with our national debt problems, right? This is what you hear in the news and, if you’ve been following me, you know what I think of that. Sadly, I’ve been proven correct again.

The non-partisan Congressional Budget Office is reporting President Obama’s proposed budget will not cut the national debt. In fact, it won’t even balance out our spending and borrowing. No, it will add a staggering $9.2 trillion to the deficit over the next 10 years.

9.2 TRILLION!

As a matter of perspective, the national debt totaled $10.6 trillion when Obama took office. His budget will nearly double this amount!

Mind you, the Republicans are no less swine. George W was a fiscal nightmare. His prescription plan is a crime against nature and adds massive amounts to the national debt over its life.

The question, my friends, is what now. When neither party shows the intelligence, leadership or guts necessary to deal with this problem, what do we do?

Maybe the Egyptians had it right!
