The national debt has only recently begun getting attention. I.O.U.S.A is the must watch national debt movie that caused much of the attention.

The movie is unique in that it uses incredibly credible sources. I should note that it also came out in 2009, well before we’ve added even more trillions to the current debt level. In fact, the national debt has gone up a staggering five trillion since then, an absolute disgrace. Regardless, this is a 30 short version of the movie.
